The Natural Plant Food Maker creates up to 4 litres of 100% organic liquid fertiliser from your kitchen and garden green waste. Now you can use those most common throw- a-ways: lettuce, carrot tops, sprouts, cabbage, nettles, dandelion leaves, and even grass!

Using a process devised by Victorian and Edwardian gardeners and scientifically tested by Natural Resource Management the liquid produced from this green leaf wastes is balanced and natural because it is the product of plant material, water and oxygen.

Durable enough to place in your garden or on the allotment. Collate waste, fill with water, add oxygen using the integral plunger and you will produce you own chemical free plant food. It will pay for itself as you can use time and time again.

With a Height 50cm (20in), a depth of 25cm (10in) and a width 27cm (10.5in) it can store anywhere!

How does it work?

All living matter contains bacteria. When living matter dies the bacteria within it breaks down the solid materials into their molecular components. This is a natural process.

The plant food make works with this natural process and by introducing oxygen into it, the decomposition process is speeded up. Green leaf products are contained within an inner mesh and water is added. The mesh container is agitated on a regular basis to add the oxygen and thereby speeds up the process of turning the solid waste into liquid. The design of the apparatus enables the liquid to be separated from any solids so that it can be decanted by way of a tap into a dispensing jug.

Suggested green leaf materials include: Lettuce , cabbage and Brussels sprout leaves and carrot tops as well as nettles, dandelion leaves and chickweed.

Liquid produced from this green leaf wastes is balanced and natural because it is the product of plant material, water and oxygen. This makes a completely suitable for organic gardeners.
