Strong flavour, Very white skin with  white cloves. Soft neck type which can be stored for up to a year . Eaten both raw or cooked

Soil/Position: Garlic prefer a well-drained, fertile soil.

Application: Garlic will benefit from an application of general fertiliser like Mr Middleton’s Seaweed into the soil prior to planting.  If the garlic is in bulbs break into cloves before planting.

Mr Middleton  Tip:  Garlic planted among other plants will act as a deterrent to many garden pests.
