This compact Cos lettuce is shows excellent uniformity and holds an RHS AGM. Lettuce 'Maureen' is a Little Gem selection with smoother, darker leaves that surround tight, pale yellow hearts. The neat heads are quick to mature, showing good tolerance to bolting in hot weather, and resisting disease during wetter summers. Lettuce 'Maureen' is ideal for successional sowings and well suited to cropping in containers and windowboxes where space is limited. Height and spread: 20cm (8").
