This unique variety produces carrot-like foliage with that distinctive coriander taste, and just a hint of sweetness. Quick maturing, producing plenty of leaf that can be used as a cut and come again salad leaf.

Direct sow seed outdoors from March to August in light, well-drained, fertile soil, which has been raked to a fine tilth. Choose a position in full sun. Sow seed thinly at a depth of 1cm (½in) in rows 30cm (12in) apart. When large enough to handle, thin seedlings to 23cm (9in) apart. Make regular sowings for a constant supply. Can be sown successionally in a pot or tray on the windowsill or greenhouse all the year round for salad leaves from 25 days from sowing in summer and 50 days in winter.
