A stunning plant with large, silky, semi-double blooms that start red and fade to a rose-pink, warmed by gold tones. The foliage is burnished with pewter in autumn. Mid season in June.

Peonies are amazingly long-term-lived plants staying around  more than 50 years,  these plants will reward you for years to come producing exceptional flowers every season . It is really essential that the "eyes", or growth nodes, situated near the base of the old stem, end up no greater than 6 cms inches below the ground surface.
