“BIM” contains a high content of purple-coloured anthocyanin – known for its positive health aspects. Anthocyanin is in red cabbage, many different types of fruit (blueberries), but potatoes can also be a source of anthocyanin.

Purple fleshed and purple skinned variety. Firm cooking oval ware potato. The taste and presentation characteristics are very good. Being blight resistant is a great added bonus!
