Dark green, semi leafless plant habit producing pods in pairs, averaging 8 dark green peas per pod. A heavy cropper even in poor growing conditions. Strong root rot tolerance and good powdery mildew resistance. Early maincrop maturity. Ideal for growing in containers. Height 80cm (32in).

Sowing Info

Sow every 10 days for successional crops. Sow in flat-bottomed drills 5cm (2in) apart, 5cm (2in) deep and in rows 75cm (30in) apart. Prefers well drained, moist, rich conditions.

Ready to harvest around 12-13 weeks from sowing date. Regular picking will encourage further cropping. Plants are self supporting when sown in blocks.
