This is one of the first roses to bloom and also one of the last and it does so continuously. It is one of the best climbers with great quantities of very fragrant flowers.
Thornless, very happy on a north wall and can be grown as a hedge.

I have a Zephirine Drouhin rose growing in my garden for the past 20 years. I bought it from Mr. Middleton and it has flowered ceaselessly over these years for long periods. The leaves have remained disease or black spot free and the perfume is sublime. It flowers for a very long period. It is a hardy rose and I love its deep pink colour. Beatrice Aird O'Hanlon
Product received was very strong, and had been very well packaged for transportation. When planting, it had a noticeably healthy root structure and very strong and sturdy stems, making it very easy to plant in between existing hedge rows without fear of causing any breakage of stems or damage to plant overall. Since planting, we've had plenty of rain and the stems are already showing signs of young buds emerging.
