An elegant border filler with beautiful, lacy white flower heads that float above ferny foliage. This graceful annual creates a soft froth of blooms that associate beautifully among herbaceous perennials.
Direct sow seeds outdoors where they are to grow from April to June in full sun or semi shade, on fertile, well drained soil which has been raked to a fine tilth. Sow seeds thinly, at a depth of 1.5mm (1/16in) in drills spaced 30cm (12in) apart. Water the ground regularly, especially during dry periods. Germination usually takes 7-21 days.
When seedlings are large enough to handle, thin them out to 25cm (10in) apart.
