Payment
We accept Laser, Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards for online orders. Please note that your account will be debited on receipt of order at Mr Middleton. If you wish to pay by cheque you will need to post your order to us.
If your card issuer or bank refuses to authorise payment to us, we will contact you for further instructions. We will not be liable for any resulting delay or non-delivery.
Refunds are only payable to the purchaser of the goods.
Prices
Online prices reflect the very latest price points for all products. However, Mr Middleton reserves the right to change prices at any time. All prices include VAT if applicable.
If, in error, a product(s) has been priced inaccurately, either at unit level or through the activation of a promotion in the shopping basket, we will not be liable to supply that item(s) to you at the inaccurate price, provided that we notify you before we have despatched the product. In such circumstances, we will notify you of the correct price and ask you to confirm or decline your order for the item(s) in question.
