Description

A compact form of the popular English lavender, it produces dense spikes of fragrant, deep violet summer flowers above slender, aromatic, silvery-grey leaves. It is possibly the best lavender for edging paths and borders and the aromatic foliage perfumes the air if you brush against it. It also works well in a gravel garden, or clipped into a formal sphere for a contemporary look. The flower-spikes are highly attractive to bees and other nectar-loving insects.

Supplied as vigorous modular plants with an easy to follow growing on guide.

Lovely healthy, if small, plants received. They have not flowered this season, which I had expected. Im sure they’ll be lovely next year though.

Nice compact plants which were easy to establish and grow into a nice low hedge along my path.

  • Good quality healthy plants.

The plants arrived in good condition but smaller than I had expected. They needed to be potted and allowed to mature before they can be placed in the garden. They are now coming along nicely and will soon be ready for final planting. They are excellent value but you need to be aware that they will need time before being placed in your garden.

They are much smaller than I expected - new to this - but they look extremely healthy and I am looking forward to seeing them grow.
