Dense spikes of rich violet-blue, lightly fragrant flowers create a carpet of colour in early spring. Free flowering and easy to grow, it is perfect for edging paths, containers, rockeries and naturalising beneath trees and shrubs. Flowers March–April. Height 15–20cm.
