Specialist breeding has resulted in a strong performing onion, producing excellent yields of round, large red Rijnsburder-type bulbs with great flavour and excellent storage potential. A below flavour makes this a good choice for slicing and adding to burgers or salads, as well as cooked in a whole host of classic recipes.
