Recent breeding has given Kale 'Reflex' more intensely curled, succulent and nutritious, dark leaves which stand well without yellowing. This delicious curly kale can be picked over a long period or can also be used as a baby salad leaf ingredient . Excellent winter hardiness makes kale a useful winter to spring vegetable at a time when fresh garden produce is scarce.
